In the quite streets of Dubai during Ramadan, me and my friends P and V just embarked on a lovely walk in Jumeirah, all three of us being newbies here and always on the look out for interesting places to visit. But we had no clue, that we are about to discover a place that would impress us and claim our hearts completely.
Pantry café, at Jumeirah, with it’s very vintage charm radiates with those brick walls, country side marmalade bottles, fragrant with the aroma of exquisite teas, lit up with soothing lights and leaves you totally impressed with it’s Oh so English feel that it took me back to my London days and those English cafes where I would spend hours and hours alone or with hubby or with friends, but always making perfect times. The interiors of the Pantry Café are breathtakingly beautiful and full marks to them as far as the ambience goes. I wanted to click every bit of this awesome space.
With my eyes soaking in every bit of the charming ambience, I had the ‘aww ..!’ moment along with P, on looking at their immensely creative menu, which was designed with some really interesting quotes on food, coffee and they claimed some brownie-points there!
The menu is amazing and full of choices which I wanted to try all having that ‘love in first sight’ moment with this gorgeous place. So I settled in for an Elderflower and Green apple spritz ( a cold drink), P chose a cold Jamaican Old Mountain Cappucino and V went for a Bombay Chai. Unfortunately we happened to discover this place after our dinner and were repenting it looking at the mouth-watering options the menu had.
Anyways with our next trips here already planned, we were waiting to be impressed by our orders and boy, the Pantry Café not only impressed our eyes but our taste-buds too as each of our drinks turned out to be mind-blowingly awesome. Especially the Elderflower and Green apple spritz, won a default order every time we go now with it’s flavoursome oh so delicious taste.
Needless to say, the ambience and our drinks lifted our moods up and made our evening so perfect, leading to great conversations and bonding and of course creating some fond memories.
I love this place and I am telling y’all you would too, as it is so completely going to take you into a different zone, with its vintage appeal and a relaxed atmosphere, ofcourse not forgetting the delicious teas and coffees. Sso be it some quite me-time you want to spend with yourself or have company, Pantry café provides the perfect setting for that tete-e-tete. Me, P and V had a gala time there. And we were simply happy to be there, have those moments together, outside of time, with all the time to make a new family in Dubai.
